This is a GREAT way to think about this wiki! I really appreciate this. I recently heard someone (ON my PLN in TWITTER!) talking about wikis as textbooks.
This is a great example of a professional development "textbook" for teachers using twitter. But wikis are even BETTER than textbooks of course because they are free, collaborative and continually updated with NEW information! Thanks for framing it this way.
May I borrow this idea in coloradolearns wiki about the "how of 21st Century Learning" ... Would that be OK with ya'll?

I teach in the International Baccalaureate program at my high school in New York. Part of our curriculum explores world literature. I would really love for students to interact and discuss some of the novels we read in class with students from one of the countries a particular novel is set in. Any connections worldwide? Suggestions or ideas?
